Usability - Navigation and layout designed to ensure the site is easy to browse, content is easy to read and that the site works in all browsers and handheld devices as well as ensuring pages that may be printed are set up to do so, correctly, without text being cut off.

Graphics - All graphics are prepared using professional vector / bitmap editing software to produce top quality, clean and sharp graphics and images.

Quality - Stringent checks are made to each site prior to going live to ensure all aspects of the site construction conform to our quality procedures. We even check the site content to fix any grammatical or spelling mistakes prior to a site going live.

Web hosting costs from £45 per annum (note: we do not arrange hosting with any 'cowboy' companies who use cheap web servers located on the other side of the Atlantic or in some back-bedroom)

Almost all etec web sites include some form of Content Management System (CMS). Content management passes control over updating and adding new content to the web site to the client.

Using a web browser interface, or a software solution, etec web sites can be fully managed and maintained in-house allowing site content to be changed directly without any assistance from a web designer and without having to know anything about HTML.

We prepare full documentation and can provide staff training in the use of selected CMS if required.

Some web sites that contain a lot of information, product catalogues for example, may benefit form using a Database to hold the data. We can setup web databases and develop any necessary user or administrative interfaces for database driven content.
If you already have a database we can put it online, whether on a public or private site, and develop any interfaces that may be required to view or edit the data.
